MMQ describes meat cross-section images and reports colour, marbling and intramuscular fat.

About MMQ

MMQ (Multifunctional Meat Quality Determination Software) measures meat colour, marbling and intramuscular fat from cross-section images. It is written for Windows and is aimed at enterprise users. The default species is pig. A separate browser tool, PorkMS, grades pork marbling from fat area ratio without installing the desktop program.
