Cattle is one of the species listed for the desktop program. Select it from Menu File. The manual does not define a separate score scale for beef. Mode, model, time, calibration and export work as they do for pig.

PorkMS grades pork only. Do not send a beef image to PorkMS and read the result as a beef marbling grade.
