Chicken is selected from Menu File. Use the same folder layout: one animal in each folder, with the images MMQ will preview. Colour values L*, a* and b* are still the values the desktop program calculates for a loaded image.

Intramuscular-fat and marbling wording in the manual is written around pork. Treat a chicken result with that limit in mind, and do not grade chicken fillets with PorkMS.
