Pig is the default species in MMQ. The manual was written for pork colour, marbling and intramuscular fat. Choose the 45-minute sample for the early colour reading. Choose the 24-hour sample when you need the marbling score and IMF.

PorkMS is the browser tool for pork marbling grades based on fat area ratio. It does not replace the NPPC 6-point scores in the desktop information table.
